HERE’S WHAT YOU GET!

5 (30 MINUTE) WORKOUTS

All workouts can be done from your home or the gym using free weights!

Monday -Thursday: Strength Workouts

Friday: 15 minute HIT Workouts & 15 minute Functional Movement

(You are able to move the workouts around within the app, so you can schedule them on the days that work best for you!)

You will have my flexible 3 day meal plan with in the app!

You’ll be able to track your meals in My Fitness Pal and sync them to the app, so I can help you stay accountable and give tips on how to adjust your meals to hit your fitness goals.

Habit Tracking

You choose 3 habits that you want to work on and I will hold you accountable for them. These habits could be, “walking 10k steps a day, drink x ounces of water, stretch on Saturday and Sunday, or meditate for 5 minutes a day, etc.”

You will have 2 check-ins in the app and a 15 minute Coaching Call!

Starting Monday you will have your first check in and 24/7 support so I can help you with any questions you may have! We will schedule your one on one coaching call. During our call we will discuss how you can over come road blocks that have been holding you back from reaching your fitness goals and discover how you can achieve them. Sunday you will have your final check in to celebrate your achievements you made over the week!

Habit Coaching

Putting your health first doesn’t always have to look like working out 5 days a week! There are so many daily habits that you can work on to better your health. I’m bringing you habit coaching to help you stay on track with your goals during your off season! I ask you give me up to 3 habits to help you stay on track before Monday. It could look like “workout for 3 days a week, drink x ounces of water, meditate for 5 minutes each day, walk 10k steps, etc.”

Over the next 6 weeks you are going to learn how you can train each muscle group with quick effective workouts! These workouts are generally gym based, if you’d like you can modify some exercises to do at home. You’ll learn about macro counting and how you can create your own balanced meals that you actually love, and a 15 minute coaching call with Coach Amanda!

In the app, I can see everything you’ve tracked in MyFitnessPal to hold you accountable. You get 24/7 support in the app, message me at any time, for questions about your form, how to fill your macros, or anything else! 30 minute Weekly Coaching Calls on Sunday mornings.

You will have my Macro Counting Guide & Flexible Meal Plan with in the app!

You’ll be able to choose if you want to track macros or follow a flexible meal plan. I ask you to track your meals in My Fitness Pal and sync them to the app, so I can help you stay accountable and give tips on how to adjust your meals to hit your fitness goals. I will give you 1 set of macros and make adjustments monthly.

You will have check-ins every week in the app and a 30 minute biweekly Coaching Call!

Starting Monday After you sign up, you will have your first check in and access to your coach in app 24/7, so I can help you with any questions you may have! I do ask for 12 hour response time. We will schedule your one on one coaching call. During our call we will discuss how you can over come road blocks that have been holding you back from reaching your fitness goals and discover how you can achieve them. Each new month we will discuss your goals and make adjustments to your program as needed. We will dive deep into conversations of the dimensions of wellness and how you can make small changes over time to better your overall health!
